The short version
YourParties is a free tool for organising a party. Be decent to each other, don’t upload things you shouldn’t, and understand that anyone with a party’s link can see what’s on it.
Using the service
You must be 13 or older to use YourParties. Accounts are optional and only for hosts who want to keep their party links in one place. A party is controlled by whoever holds its host link, and a party page can be opened by anyone holding its share link. Keep your host link private; anyone with it can edit or delete your party.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you add: party details, names, songs and photos. By adding it you give us permission to store and display it on that party’s page so the service can work.
You agree not to upload anything that:
- is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
- shows someone who has not agreed to appear;
- infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights; or
- is spam, malware, or an attempt to break the service.
Hosts can remove any photo, RSVP, claim or song from their own party, and can delete the party entirely. We can also remove content or a party that breaks these terms.
Reporting a problem
If something on a party page shouldn’t be there, tell the host first; they can remove it immediately from their host dashboard. If that isn’t possible, email abuse@yourparties.com with the party link and what’s wrong, and we will look at it.
Payment links
A host can add a link so guests can chip in. We only allow links to Monzo, PayPal and Revolut, and we are not involved in the payment: we don’t process it, hold it, or see it. Any money you send is a matter between you and the host, and we can’t help recover it.
Third-party services
Connecting a party playlist to Spotify is optional and governed by Spotify’s own terms. The AI assistant that helps hosts draft a party is a suggestion tool. Check what it produces before you share your party.
No guarantees
YourParties is provided free and as-is. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for anything that happens at your actual party. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
